My Creative Process

I believe that understanding the big picture, the problem we want to solve ultimately drives the process.   Once the team understands the problem, we can brainstorm and generate lots of various ideas and solutions. There are always lots of different ways to solve a problem. Finding the right solution requires working with the business and technology teams, brainstorming, validating with customers, iterating and constantly refining. 

Every product is a living item that should continually be enhanced.  Once a design has launched, the process continues by gathering data on usage, getting feedback from customers in order to determine what enhancements and new features may be needed.  Nothing has to perfect out the gate but it does need to be updated as people use it.
